- HAUTE COMPANIE does not offer exchanges.
- If you desire an item in a different size or color, immediately initiate the return of the items you no longer want, and place a new order for the desired items.
- For items received as a gift that require an exchange, please contact email@example.com and we will work to reconcile the order.
- HAUTE COMPANIE only replaces items that are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damaged item email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an item replacement.
- HAUTE COMPANIE accepts eligible returns within 45 days of purchase for a full refund/store credit. All items must be unworn with original tags attached, in new/unused condition, with original packaging.
- Gift Cards or Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund/store credit.
- To begin a return, go to our “RETURNS CENTER” page and follow the procedure as prompted.
- A return authorization will be created when your return request is approved.
- Once a return is requested and approved, the return items must be shipped to HAUTE COMPANIE within 7 days of the initial return request. Returns must also be shipped using a traceable carrier, as HAUTE COMPANIE cannot be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or damaged packages. We recommend keeping a record of your tracking number. Returns not shipped within 7 days of the initial return request will be eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.

All items are returnable within 45 days, with the exception of the following:
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Health & Personal Care items (Supplements, Body & Skin Care)
- Gloves and arm warmers
- Socks and leg warmers
- Headbands and hair ties
- Water Bottles
- All swimwear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have an intact protective hygiene strip without signs of altering to be returned.
HAUTE COMPANIE reserves the right to return any item to the customer that does not comply with our return policy without refund/store credit.
- Shipping fees and gift wrapping on orders are non-refundable.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received your refund, please review your method of payment's account. Typically, there is a processing time of 3-5 business days before a refund officially post to your account. If your financial institution confirms you have not received your refund contact us at email@example.com.
